7) Sample Caucus Materials:
- HD10,
HD11,
HD12,
HD13,
HD33
- These are sample precinct caucus packets. Each precinct caucus chair will get a packet customized for their precinct.
- Sample Supersite Chair Instructions -
These are the instructions to the person who will run the overall site meeting. They provide a good
overview of the caucus process.
Note - these are just one precinct samples for training. They are not the real packages which will be customized for each precinct.
8) Caucus Advertising Flier:
These are fillable, printable forms. Bring them up in your PDF viewer, fill in the fields, and print
(note that on many PDF form fillers the text will automatically get smaller if you type a value too long for the field and
in some cases similar fields will be automatically filled in on the adjacent form).
If your form prints, but the text you filled in does not, check the box that comes up on the screen when you start to
print and look for an option to print both the document and the text/annotations (it's usually a drop down list).
9) Give us feedback on the process: If you would like to email us some feedback on how we might improve
the Caucus process or how we might make things smoother (what worked? what could be improved?) please use
this link.
You can also give feedback on our contact page.
